very bad experiences

1/The experience is very bad. When I was sleeping at noon, a housekeeper suddenly break into my room, and said she wanted to clean. She didn't knock at the door at all. I was shocked.I didn't expect that the housekeepers could enter the guest's room so casually and disrespect the guest's privacy. Luckily I was in the room with my clothes on. She did not apologize afterwards, on the contrary, her attitude remained very bad. There is also racial discrimination against Asians. Later, she came back knocking at my door several more times, demanding that I need to leave the room. However, my reservation was for several days! Why she didn’t want to check with the reception firstly? Or does the people who work at the hotel, always so ignor the clients’ reservation? 2/As I was ill and I had to stay in the room for a whole day. I asked another cleaning person to come and clean the room anyway, as I was waken up by her. Unfortunately, it was always this woman who came, and she continued to curse and complain about my presence in my room. As a hotel guest, isn't it my right to stay in the room as much time, as I want?? Since when can the hotel decide my time at my bed when the reservation is valid?? and the booking was done 3 months ago!! In the end, she only vacuumed the floor very roughly with a vacuum cleaner, and it was still very dirty after cleaning. Her attitude was still very bad. At the beginning, as I was ill and I had neither the strength nor the desire to argue. But when she saw that I didn't respond, maybe I was weak and maybe an Asian is easy to manipulate, her attitude became even worse. I couldn't help it anymore, so I started arguing with her. Later, his boss/colleague joined in, and stopped me to talking, without understanding how it really happened. Since I couldn't cancel the reservation, I had to hang a "do not disturb" sign on the door for the next two days because I didn't feel safe. I feel like someone could break in at any time. 3/I really don't recommend staying in such a hotel. There is no privacy at all. The housekeeper is very rude and racist. It's really inappropriate for the hotel to hire such a housekeeper. The experience is very bad. Very nice hotel for very good value. (Great value for money) not too far from the railway station TGV high speed services from here across central France. The highway is very close by and offers direct cases to a major auto route in France. Hotel staff were beet friendly and accommodating when advising us on solutions for our travel requirements this short trip. Hotel room was clean and and well equipped. Local area offers many eateries that are excellent. Hotel location is tremendous, 8-10 minutes walk to the railway station Avignon TGV. Superb location. Highly recommended.

We had 2 prepaid reservation confirmed by the hotel. After arrival the receptionist was not able to find the reservation for over 2 hours. We were not offered any help although presented the confirmed reservation number on AccorHotels website. After 2h discussion only one room was offered and 2 people had to sleep in the car.... Next day F1 Hotel offered to refund us the price of one room. What kind of service is that? Be aware!

Price-quality really good. Budget hostel

It is a budget place and that is it. The only minus points for me are that the staff don't all speak English, despite what was mentioned online. I didn't got sheets, I thought that you had to pay for them and I have my own liner so I didn't say anything about it. Only later I found out that I should have gotten them. What I also would like to mention is that I think that there are too few showers per floor. There are a lot of rooms, some dormitories and only 2 showers per floor. Around the evening everyone wants to take a shower. The hostel is further away from the citycentre than I thought. Though this one is for my own. The breakfast was really good. The rooms were nice. It is in front of the busstop and close to Carrefour, burger king etc. Price-quality it is really good.

This place is what a budget hotel should be. A short walk from the TGV station. Spotlessly clean rooms, and shared showers and toilets. Washhand basin in room (bring you own towel and toiletries). Boulangerie and a huge supermarket a couple of minutes walk away for breakfast. Staff friendly at the 24hr reception. Would recommend as a no-frills option.
