Great hotel with a lovely staff. The view of the roof top is amazing. The restaurant is simple, but very good. The local is look like safe and you can walk for short distances to find a metro. 30 minutes walking from de Eiffel. I went there at midnight and everything ok.

Near to metro station Vaugirard and Voluntaries (line 12). In front of the hotel of police so you feel very comfortable and safe even when you arrive late in the night. The italian restaurant is absolutely afordable and good. The service was PERFECT specially due to an italian lady that is waitress at the evening/dinner. Only a bad episode at evening with a waiter (maybe he could be even the manager, I really do not know), an italian man, who had a “breakdown” just because I need a fork and a knife to use in my room. Fortunately, the italian sweet lady waitress help me and solve my problem. Thank you. My family and I love the hotel.

Bad service ! Warm rooms! An item went missing without the hotel doing something. Had to report at the local police station across the hotel. Bathroom sink malfunctioning for 2 or 3 days. Had to make several follow ups before them taking action. Price of the hotel isn’t worth. Expected a better service since Accor Group but we are really really very disappointed. Front Desk staff also were rude maybe because of our race ? I don’t know, but that’s what we felt.

No aircon, really hot rooms. Wouldnt come back.

Terrible hotel - aircon doesnt work and nothing can be done about it. Just have to bear the heat Hotel also doesnt have any ramp from the street level to the lobby, so need to carry strollers and luggages up the steps. Theres a small lift but guests arent allowed to use it for luggages.
