Klima calismiyordu.wifi bağlantısı yoktu lobi disinda ,hiç kullanamadik.diger hersey normaldi. Vip odada bırakılan şu şişesi üzerine 4.5 euro etiket vardı., içmedik. Teşekkürler

Hotel is located in a neighborhood next to the old Tempelhof airport (no longer in use). Many restaurants nearby. Large Rewe supermarket a few minutes' walk away. Parking garage under the hotel. The hotel has a courtyard. The interior of the hotel dates from the late 1990s, but is well maintained. And clean. The staff at check-in is great! Friendly and thoughtful.

Easy to get to from the airport via Ubhan. Early check-in, which was great. The room was very spacious, bright, very clean and big windows opened to let fresh air in. I was in room 620. The reception and cleaning hotel staff are very efficient and friendly. The gym/fitness facility is a total let down. Total waste of time. Insufficient equipment and really neglected. The breakfast isn't worth the €46 that I was charged for 2 mornings. One gentleman, maybe the restaurant manager, was extremely rude to me on Wednesday morning, basically telling me to hurry up and get out, they were not closing for a further 20 minutes, I wasn't happy at this. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Will I be back? Unsure is the answer. I liked the room, the area etc, but maybe just a bit too expensive for where it is in Berlin.

Terrible Cancellation Policy

Absolutely no customer service. An issue that could have been dealt with over 1 email on their part was dragged out over a week due to lack of communication or courtesy. They charge 90% of your booking unless you cancel 14 days in advance. They offered me €30 euro back off of €330 booking after being treated with complete disregard. Entirely unhelpful and rude.

Nice hotel in the middle of Neukölln

Great location next to Hermannstrasse with good connections; U-Bahnhof Boddinstrasse and buslines. Still peaceful, behind the corner on Rollbergstrasse. Good service, spacious clean rooms. Just bit too warm. And one little thing, it was not able to control the volume of television by the remote.
