Pure and simply the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, it’s absolutely horrific. There is absolutely nothing positive about the place, even in the 1980’s this would have been tired so you can imagine what’s it like now. Arrived to find every single bit of glass at the front of the hotel smashed, we were told it had been like that for one month, that says absolutely everything you need to know. Avoid at all costs

stayed here whilst attending a two day music festival at citadelle spandau, hotel is a few mins walk from siemensdamm u-bahn station, which is just a few stops from the venue, so nice and handy. nice hotel, friendly front desk, they were able to sort out an issue with the room safe immediately after notifying them about the issue (just needed new batteries). didn't eat there because the bar and restaurant was closed for the weekend for some reason, but there is a fridge in the lobby and snacks, so we could enjoy them at the small outdoor pool area. room was fine, even had a small balcony, dead handy for the nitecap and last cigarette of the night. good value for money, would stay again for sure.

Worst customer I have ever experience in my life. Due to unforeseen circumstances I can not make the reservation even though it is in a months time, I emailed & explained the sad situation & they completely just ignored it & wrote back saying we cannot do anything. I find this disgusting that they cannot have some decency to look into this further.

When booking, you can decide at any time in advance which rate and conditions you would like to book. There are different prices and conditions. In our modern times, all companies work with it, for example car rental companies or airlines. We would like to ask you to refrain from making such comments. Being close to a metro stop, parking, and price were our main drivers to choose this hotel, and it lived up to all of them. Additionally, the staff was very nice and service oriented. The facilities themselves did though appear somewhat aged carpet at the room entrance was bulging, and bathroom light came on in 3 different tempi, as the mirror light was old. The one big turn-off was though that there was staining on the wall next to the toilet, which made the bathroom seem uncleaned, which there was no other indication for. Additionally, and old pet-peave of mine. We are the type of guests, who are happy to re-use our towels for more than one day. So, we always hang up the towels, but coming back into the room we are not able to see, whether our towels were replaced, beause they are neatly folded. -How does that align with the policy of not changing the towels?

We booked a suite, was just staying for one night to attend a concert nearby. In the description of the room it says a lot of super cool stuff about the room/suite, I guess it’s another room you’re describing. An example you write that it’s with an VIP bathroom with bathrobes… only linen in the bathroom was very thin worn out towels. We arrived one hour before normal checkin, as we had done the checkin on the Accor app, and was presented with the opportunity to chose when we arrived and therefore we hoped that our room would be ready one hour before. But sadly no.. we weren’t event asked if we would like to use the luggage room while we had to leave and come back. The hotel and rooms are quite dated, and to be honest a little more sufficient cleaning and smiling service could make up for some of that. My pictures are showing you the vip bathroom, everything that had been white once had now by the help of many years now turned yellow. Please note the disgusting toilet seat. WiFi not working in most of hotel and certainly not in the room.
