I regularly visit Brussels and Pullman Centre Midi is my usual hotel. Rooms are comfy and noise isolation is second to none among Brussels hotels in which I have stayed. Convenient location on train / metro line.

Hi, I was sending an email for checking-in where I was asking for a room on the side of place Horta. When I arrived at the hotel and checked-in I got a room to the side of the station. This confirmed me that nobody was reading my email! In addition when leaving the hotel 1 got stuck in the lift of the hotel for more than 1 hour and as a consequence I missed my train. This caused in total that I arrived at 8 pm instead of 3 pm at home, 5 hours more where I had to cancel some important business appointments. Not nice at all !

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the lift incident and understand how distressing this must have been for you, especially as it resulted in you missing your train and important business appointments. However, we took immediate action by calling the lift company technicians and provided continuous assistance until they arrived. As a gesture of goodwill, we refunded your last night's stay and paid for your new train ticket. Additionally, we did not give you a room on the side of the station as mentioned. We did our utmost to allocate a room on the side of Horta Place, with an interior view, in accordance with the type of room you booked. We were also very accommodating in making an exception with your originally prepaid and non-refundable reservation, allowing it to be used for a future stay within the next six months. Nonetheless, we would like to highlight our hotel's prime location within the station, just steps from the Eurostar Terminal, offering unparalleled convenience for European train travel and public transportation. This, along with our attentive service and well-appointed accommodations, is something many of our guests find to be of great value. Poor attitude to Mobility Impaired

At check-in I asked for a room near to the lift (elevator) as I am mobililty impaired. My room (424) was furthest from the lift. Later that evening I went onto the station to buy my ticket for the next day. I tried to enter the hotel from the direct station access, only for a member of staff to tell me to "go around the outside". It was raining, as well as my mobility issue. Eventually, the member of staff let me in through the direct door.
