I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Zamzam Makkah, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel'S. proximity to the Holy Mosque made it incredibly convenient for Umrah and prayers. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Haram. Mrs. Asmahan and the hotel staff were exceptionally hospitable and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met with a smile. The dining options were varied and delicious, catering to all tastes. Rooms have been refurbished and are a lot better. Good breakfast and lovely staff at restaurant. Great location and clean. Special thanks to the lady at guest relations who whatsapp you and asks if everything is ok. Any requests and she will take care of it. Thank you
