as a business trip it was fine. But if i am coming for tourism i will not use your hotel because your did not add water, cofee and thea on daily basis knowing that your hotel is 5 stars

We only offer complimentary water upon arrival as our tab water is potable, unlike other Accor hotels located elsewhere in the world. The hotel is very conveniently located close by the city center and in easy reach from the airport. The facilities are a nice plus and the staff is always extra helpful and knowledgeable . Shout out to Vera from the front desk she always gives the extra miles in making sure your all set for your stay.

However, we sincerely apologize for the inconsistency you encountered with our online check-in service. We understand the convenience this service provides and are diligently working to ensure that all our guests receive the online check-in email promptly and reliably for their future visits. However, we would like to clarify that online check-in is possible only in the case of direct booking. As we can see in your last reservation, it was booked via an OTA, hence the reason you did not receive an email for your online check-in. Nevertheless, we are pleased that the overall quality of your stay was positive. With our prime location in the heart of Eindhoven, adjacent to the De Heuvel shopping centre and close proximity to the main railway station, we pride ourselves on offering a stay that is not only convenient but also memorable.
