Good stay. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was also good. Only a few very minor complaints - the sofa bed in the junior suite was very uncomfortable and did not seem to lie flat. Swimming pool was also a degree or two too chilly for me but this is a very personal thing and I am sure many find it absolutely fine.

I have selected offer via app called “Time for Love” to stay in Berlin with my wife and family. Offer stated following : Package Inclusions The offer includes daily accommodation and breakfast in room. Once per stay, find a bottle of champagne or sparkling wine (75cl) and a romantic gift (flowers, chocolates or other romantic amenity) in room upon arrival. Guaranteed late check-out until 2pm. When I arrived all front desk staff was supprised - then I explained the contenet (that was fisrt embarassing moment) fron desk lady accepted and next day I found bottle of champagne but nothing else. I accepted this mistake however I was supposed to be surprise for my wife And indeed it wasn’t. But problem and the most embarrassing thing was during checkout when I found on the bill cost of bottle of champage and late checkout fee! I dedicated 20 min to fight for actually I had in my package. This is really disappointing to have such situation in the front of people that uou would like to make a pleasure (eg partner or wife).

Additionally, we take pride in the cleanliness of our facilities and apologize if the standard of cleanliness with the towel was not met on the first day of your stay. This is not reflective of our usual high standards.
