Responsibilities:
The Regional Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotels within the West Indies region. This role ensures financial accuracy, integrity, and compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. The Regional Financial Controller will work closely with hotel General Managers, Properties´ Finance Teams and the corporate finance team to optimize financial performance and support strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry, ideally in the West Indies Region.
•Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
•Proficiency in financial software and systems.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Strong leadership and team management abilities.
•Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
