Product is well made and sturdy. Framing material solid. My only issue is the comfort quality of the mattress and the plastic pieces used to hold the mattress in place. I definitely recommend a mattress pad for people sleeping on this as it is very firm. I take the mattress off when we want to convert into a bed to make the transition easier. I can do this on my own so nothing unrealistic. I would recommend to others as long as they understand the solid metal coils from the mattress do not give much (probably will over time) in terms of flexibility.

This is the first futon I've purchased and I love it. I would not call the mattress color navy but it is a beautiful shade of blue and works perfectly for a small bedroom. The quality of the frame is excellent. I hired my handyman to help me put it together and it took us about two hours. As others have stated, the directions could be improved. The directions for the arm rests were easier to understand based on its diagrams and written instructions than the directions for the frame. The 8-inch mattress is heavy and made it a struggle to change from a flat to a seated position; it took both of us to do so. I am giving it five stars for quality, appearance, and comfort.

Beautiful, great quality! Only lost a star from the assembly and assembly instructions. The couch is super cushioned, very strong wood frame. Color is beautiful in our guest/play room. The back is having a hard time staying up since there's so much cushion, I'm guessing that will correct its self over time as the padding flattens out a little. We just pushed it against the wall to keep it from laying out flat on its own. It took me a few hours to assemble on my own. The instructions were terrible, they were blurred. It looked like a poor quality old printer copied the instructions. It was hard to follow. I guessed on much of the assembly. They do have number/letter stickers on the wood pieces, it was just hard to see it on the instructions to find where to fit them.

I made a mistake when ordering, and customer service was great in getting my order corrected before shipping. Also, the mattress shipping label was torn during shipping, and again customer service was able to track down the package and get it redirected within a day. Kudos to them for great service!

As for the futon itself, the color is more of a deep teal than a navy, which is fine by me (it's as pictured). The frame went together pretty easily and is sturdy. My DH and I put it together in under an hour. The mattress is good quality - comfortable enough for guests - it's firm so get a mattress pad if you need softer. We have the same mattress with another futon we bought 2 years ago and use it often.

Overall, a great solution for a guest room or teen room.

Great to use in the office or living room as a sofa bed. The futon is on the heavy side; so, while it's easy for one person to turn it from sofa to a bed, turning it from bed back to sofa can use a second person to assist. They are extremely comfortable to sleep on, and can accommodate people six feet and under easily. I like the number of choices for the cover. Assembly was rather involved and took two people in some parts to be done right. Considering its dual use, we like having it in our office as a sofa that can be turned into a bed for overnight guests.

I really love this Futon. I had purchased it back in 2017. The instructions were hard to follow, and I thought I had put it together incorrectly. The problem I have with this product is switching it to the seating position. Completing this task seem to be a two person job. Since it is in a spare room, I keep it in the down position. I take naps or fall asleep on it frequently. It is sturdy and I could appreciate that.

The assembly instructions are terrible. The drawings are not accurate and they say to match color codes but the codes are not on the parts. Until​ they improve the assembly instructions I cannot recommend purchasing this product. It's not got good customer service, which means once they have your money they just don't care!
