Ingredients

18g coffee, ground with Comandante at 30 clicks (coarse)

200ml Perfect Coffee Water at 84°C (183°F)
Directions
Set up AeroPress coffee maker in the inverted position with one AeroPress paper micro-filter.
Pour grounds into chamber.
Pour 100ml of water and stir gently.
Bloom 30 secs, add 100ml. Stir gently.
At 1:30, flip and press for 30 seconds. End brew at 2 mins.
Aerate and serve.
