Record-breaking temperatures and extreme weather events are causing widespread loss of life, health, and material damage globally. Both vulnerable countries and developed nations now share the same ecological fears. In Saudi Arabia, 48% of residents feel exposed and vulnerable to climate change or pollution risks, compared to 65% globally. The Barometer surveys 26 countries across five continents, covering a sample of more than half the global population. This comprehensive scope allows us to assess both global and local acceptance of existing ecological solutions and to uncover the barriers and drivers that influence their implementation. The study provides valuable insights that help us advance the debate on ecological transformation and better understand the steps needed to achieve it.
