This framework aims to improve the higher education system and enhance its competitiveness based on objective and equitable standards, in line with the national priorities. وقعت دائرة رأس الخيمة للمعرفة مذكرة تفاهم مع وزارة التربية والتعليم بهدف تفويض صلاحيات تنظيم قطاع التعليم الخاص في الإمارة إلى دائرة رأس الخيمة للمعرفة بشكل تدريجي حتى نهاية العام الجاري 2024؛ في خطوة تنسجم في مضمونها وأهدافها مع رؤية إمارة رأس الخيمة 2023، والتطلعات الوطنية الرامية إلى مواصلة تطوير المنظومة التعليمية لتواكب أحدث التوجهات العالمية. وقام بتوقيع الاتفاقية كل من سعادة الدكتورة رابعة السميطي - وكيل وزارة التربية والتعليم لتحسين الأداء؛ وسعادة الدكتور عبد الرحمن النقبي، عضو مجلس إدارة دائرة رأس الخيمة للمعرفة. وستعتمد الدائرة بموجب مذكرة التفاهم الموقعة نهجاً جديداً يركز على الارتقاء بالخدمات التعليمية وتعزيز جودتها لتواكب أفضل المعايير العالمية، بما يتسق مع الأهداف التنموية المستقبلية لإمارة رأس الخيمة.  The Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge (RAK DOK) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Education (MoE) to gradually delegate the powers to regulate the private education sector in the emirate to the RAK DOK until the end of 2024. The move aligns with the objectives of Ras Al Khaimah's Vision 2030, and the national aspirations aimed at continuing to advance the educational system to keep pace with the latest global trends. Her Excellency Dr. Rabaa Al Sumaiti, Undersecretary for the Performance Improvement Sector at the MoE, and His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman Al Naqbi, RAK DOK Board Member, signed the MoU. According to the MoU, RAK DOK will adopt a new approach that focuses on improving educational services and enhancing their quality to meet the best international standards, in line with the future development goals of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

‎التقى معالي الدكتور أحمد بالهول الفلاسي، وزير التربية والتعليم في دولة الإمارات، مع نظرائه معالي سيرجي كرافتسوف، وزير التعليم الروسي، ومعالي فاليري فالكوف، وزير العلوم والتعليم العالي، وذلك على هامش الاجتماع الوزاري الحادي عشر لوزراء التعليم لدول مجموعة البريكس. ‎خلال اللقاء، تم بحث أهمية تطوير إطار مستدام للشراكة التعليمية بين البلدين ليشمل التعاون في مجالات تبادل تعليم اللغتين العربية والروسية، وتطوير المعايير التعليمية الحكومية والتقنيات الرقمية المستخدمة في النظم التعليمية، وافتتاح أفرع للجامعات الروسية المرموقة في دولة الإمارات. ‎تواصل وزارة التربية والتعليم تعزيز العملية التعليمية وتحسين كافة جوانبها، وذلك من خلال التعاون الدولي المستمر لتبادل الخبرات والتجارب التعليمية. ‎#وزارة_التربية_والتعليم H.E. During the meeting, the attendees discussed the importance of developing a sustainable framework for educational partnership between the two countries. The discussions included cooperation in areas such as teaching Arabic and Russian languages, developing government educational standards, integrating digital technologies in educational systems, and opening branches of prestigious Russian universities in the UAE. The Ministry of Education continues to enhance the educational process and improve all its aspects through continuous international cooperation to exchange educational expertise and experiences. #MinistryofEducation

ترأس معالي الدكتور أحمد بالهول الفلاسي وزير التربية والتعليم، وفد الدولة المشارك في الاجتماع الوزاري الحادي عشر لوزراء التربية و التعليم في مجموعة "بريكس" والذي أقيم في مدينة كازان الروسية بمشاركة وزراء التعليم وكبار المسؤولين التعليميين في دول المجموعة. و في ختام الاجتماعات, اعتمد رؤساء الوفود المشاركة إعلان كازان للدول الأعضاء في مجموعة "بريكس" والذي أكد على الدور الحيوي للتعاون في المجال التعليمي لتعزيز العلاقات بين الدول الأعضاء في المجموعة، وشدد على الحاجة لتوفير فرص تعلم مدى الحياة تشمل الجميع وذلك لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. وفي إطار مواصلة جهود الدول الأعضاء لتعزيز التنسيق المشترك في المجال التعليمي، وقع رؤساء الوفود المشاركين على برتوكول انضمام دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة و الدول الأخرى المهمة حديثا إلى مذكرة التفاهم بشأن إنشاء شبكة جامعات "البريكس"، لتطويرالتعليم العالي وتعزيز تحالف بريكس التعاوني. #وزارة_التربية_والتعليم H.E. Dr. Ahmad Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of Education, led the UAE's educational delegation at the 11th BRICS Ministers of Education meeting in Kazan, Russia. The meeting included education ministers and senior officials from BRICS countries. At the conclusion of the meetings, the heads of the participating delegations adopted the Kazan Declaration for the member states of the BRICS group. The declaration emphasized the vital role of cooperation in education to strengthen relations among the member states and stressed the need to provide lifelong learning opportunities for all to achieve sustainable development goals. As part of ongoing efforts by member states to enhance joint coordination in the educational field, the participating heads of delegations signed a protocol for the United Arab Emirates and other important countries to join the memorandum of understanding regarding the establishment of the BRICS University Network. This network aims to develop the higher education and strengthen the BRICS Cooperative Alliance. #MinistryofEducation

تماشياً مع جهود دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة نحو تطوير العملية التعليمية، شاركت وزارة التربية والتعليم برئاسة معالي الدكتور أحمد بالهول الفلاسي، وزير التربية والتعليم، في الاجتماع الثامن للجنة أصحاب المعالي والسعادة وزراء التربية والتعليم بدول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية. خلال الاجتماع، تمت مناقشة عدد من المواضيع الهامة المتعلقة بالتعليم وسُبُل تطويره، مثل حماية القيم الأخلاقية والأسرية في المجتمعات الخليجية، وضمان أمن المعلومات للطلبة، ودور الذكاء الاصطناعي في العملية التعليمية، بالإضافة إلى غرس مبادئ الثقافة المالية لدى طلبة المدارس. #وزارة_التربية_والتعليم In line with the United Arab Emirates' commitment to advancing the educational sector, the Ministry of Education, led by H.E. Throughout the meeting, various pivotal topics concerning education and its development were discussed. شارك وفد وزارة التربية والتعليم برئاسة سعادة الدكتور حسان المهيري، وكيل #وزارة_التربية_والتعليم المساعد لقطاع التخطيط والخدمات التعليمية، في الاجتماع الثاني لمجموعة أعمال التعليم التي عقدت ضمن مجموعة العشرين في البرازيل. خلال الاجتماع، استعرضت الأستاذة هدى التميمي، خبير معايير مهنية في الوزارة، "إطار السياسات لتقييم وبناء قدرات العاملين في القطاع التربوي"، وقد أكدت خلال عرضها على أهمية التدريب قبل الخدمة وأثناءها للمعلمين، مسلطة الضوء على الدور الأساسي للتطوير المهني المستمر. كما أكد الوفد على التزام دولة #الإمارات بالأولويات المحددة لقطاع التعليم وفق المحددات التي وضعتها الرئاسة البرازيلية للمجموعة. The Ministry of Education delegation, led by H.E. Dr. Hassan Al Mheiri, Assistant Undersecretary for Planning and Educational Services, participated in the Second #EdWG meeting at the #G20 in Brazil. During the meeting, Ms. Hoda Al-Tamimi, a professional standards expert at the Ministry, presented the "Policy Framework for Valuing and Building the Capacity of Educational Professionals." She emphasized the critical role of both pre-service and in-service training for teachers, highlighting the importance of continuous professional development (CPD).
