MDS was formed in 2009 as CAD drafting team with immense experience in MEP drafting services with International Consultants. The company was formed considering the CAD outsourcing strategy being adopted by many of the Consultants and Contractors. Since then MDS have been serving a number of leading Consultants and Contractors with drafting services – working either as part of their team or as the sole CAD team. The core skill of MDS lies with understanding technical aspects of various disciplines, which allows to deliver high quality drawings that are efficient, not only in terms of cost but also for ease of installation and maintenance. Use of BIM (Revit modeling) in MEP design has enhanced the efficiency of our designs. In 2016, to be competent within the market, MDS hired Engineers to guide the CAD technicians and to ensure the technical quality check before final submission of deliverables to the clients. Currently MDS undertake Engineering design and supervision for the disciplines as well, and hence are able to deliver a high quality and complete design package to the client. The various disciplines for which we commonly undertake design are as follows: - HVAC – Air Conditioning and Ventilation System - Water supply and Drainage system - Fire Fighting System - Power supply and distribution system - Lighting and control system - Fire Detection and Alarm system - Telecommunication system - Low Current systems – Security & Surveillance system, Public Address System, Audio Visual system etc. - Building Management system In addition to these, we are providing services for Building Performance Modelling and Simulations
