Launching in 1996, Jones the Grocer set the benchmark for select Australian gourmet food stores. Opening the flagship Sydney store in the heart of Woollahra, Jones the Grocer presented a dynamic new approach, seamlessly fusing the growing cafe scene with a premium retail offering. Gourmet food products, often restricted to restaurants, became accessible for every day living. Jones the Grocer now has 24 stores across UAE & the Middle East.

Dubai-based artisan café, bakery and deli concept jones the grocer has told Propel it is planning at least 22 sites here after making its UK debut. It's been a monumental week! We've opened our 37th location, a Jones the Grocer restaurant, bar and a grab and go at London Heathrow's Terminal 2, air-side - my home airport ;-) From the minute we opened this beautiful looking 202 seater we've been full. BIG BIG thank you to Jon Knight and to Kirsten Pottinger, who called me (leaving me misty eyed walking along The Strand) to tell me we'd won this fabulous site almost two years ago. And of course, an even bigger shout out to all our passionate and hardworking teams at The Restaurant Group and jones the grocer without whom nothing would happen. And because I believe in friendship, no matter what happens, I'd also like to thank marco cuglianich for igniting the spark over six years ago.
