As part of our internship program with the American School of Dubai, students in their selected groups explored the vital topic of fostering a culture of accountability at GCC Services. Through research they highlighted the importance of communication as a global business and identified the winning behaviors that drive accountability in our workplace which included ownership, responsive and decision making. Their insights helped us address challenges as they did surveys with our employees and reviewed the data to understand the impact on all departments. We are proud of the students' contributions and their fresh perspectives on maintaining a culture of accountability. Congratulations to the students assigned to this group, they reminded us of our winning behaviors and presented beautifully. GCC SERVICES partnered with the American School of Dubai to launch a one-week internship program for students in Grades 9 through 11. We had thirteen students involved with the program all with unique project assignments with coaches from GCC Services. Rashad Sinokrot, GCC Services CEO, proudly serves as a board member of the American School of Dubai has been instrumental in forging this valuable partnership. We hold a firm belief in the power of professional growth and leadership development which is why establishing a program like this was so important to us as it creates opportunities where younger generations get to gain invaluable experience. Throughout the internship, we quickly learnt not only will the students learn from us, but we got to learn from them as they eagerly learnt about our business with a fresh mind and attitude! Our Congo team organized a dynamic Food Safety Day, featuring hands-on training sessions across the bakery, kitchen, and warehouse.    Adhering to ISO standards is at the heart of our safety commitment. Celebrating World Food Safety Day! 🎉 Today, we spotlight the significance of food safety incidents and the need for vigilance no matter what the risk. This year's theme emphasizes being prepared for food safety incidents. Our GCC Abu Dhabi team has been proactive in marking this important day with various engaging activities designed to boost awareness and foster a culture of food safety within our team. Here’s what we’ve been up to today: 👐 Hand Washing Campaign 🖼️ Food Safety Awareness Training 🎥 Kitchen Cleaning Training 🛠️ Toolbox Talks on Key Topics (World Food Safety Day, Prevention of Cross Contamination, PPE, Personal Hygiene, Cleaning Importance, Critical Control Points) We will continue to prioritize food safety, and make every meal a safe one!

Our team recently participated in an unconscious bias workshop aimed at understanding the hidden biases that influence our decisions and actions. The workshop provided valuable awareness and “food for thought” on how unconscious biases may impact our behavior in both personal and professional settings. By learning strategies and having open conversations about how these biases may have previously affected ourselves or others, it also served as a great team-building exercise with open discussions. Our employees had a great day of meaningful discussions, self-analysis, and research, as well as acquiring new skills through the tasks and assignments held on the day. They were able to create effective action plans tailored to their roles and insights on how unconscious bias might impact their day-to-day activities. Held by the insightful Maurice Collis FCIPD from Agility, workshops like this are essential for fostering innovation, collaboration, and communication within our team. GCC SERVICES

Two remarkable women from GCC SERVICES were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the #Tilenga Project with McDermott International, Ltd. They were celebrated for their invaluable roles and exemplary dedication as women, showcasing the diverse talent and perspectives they bring to the workplace. On the day, other female peers from various organizations, including McDermott, Sinopec, KBJV, Coronation, Mota Engel and Sivtec were also recognized and celebrated.
