Key Responsibilities: -Manage and maintain Exchange Server and Domain Controller. -Provide daily IT support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. -Perform laptop maintenance and operating system installations. -Monitor system performance and ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. -Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions. -Collaborate with other IT team members to improve and optimize IT systems. Qualifications: -Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role. -Strong knowledge of managing Exchange Server and Domain Controller. -Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. -Experience with laptop maintenance and operating system installations. -Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: -Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+, or similar. -Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). -Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
