يعكس أداؤنا في النصف الأول من العام 2024 قدرة مجمّعات الأعمال الرائدة التابعة لمجموعة تيكوم على تلبية الطلب المتزايد من المستثمرين الإقليميين والدوليين على المساحات التجارية من فئة الدرجة الأولى. وقد ارتفعت معدلات الإشغال ضمن محفظة أصولنا التجارية والصناعية والأراضي التابعة للمجموعة في الربع الثاني من العام 2024، ما ساهم في تمكيننا من تحقيق نتائج مالية قوية في النصف الأول، كان أبرزها:   نمو الإيرادات بنسبة 9% للنصف الأول من العام على أساس سنوي إلى 1.1 مليار درهم إماراتي زيادة صافي الأرباح بنسبة 24% للنصف الأول من العام على أساس سنوي لتصل 603 ملايين درهم إماراتي نمو معدلات الإشغال بنسبة 5% للنصف الأول من العام على أساس سنوي حيث تجاوزت 92% إقرار مجلس الإدارة توزيع أرباح نقدية مرحلية بقيمة 400 مليون درهم إماراتي عن النصف الأول من العام 2024 بحلول شهر سبتمبر 2024، عملاً بسياسة توزيع الأرباح المعتمدة في المجموعة    وتُعدّ هذه النتائج خير دليل على مكانة مجموعة تيكوم الرائدة ضمن قطاع الأعمال، وتعكس دورها المحوري في تعزيز اقتصاد دبي القائم على المعرفة والابتكار. لمعرفة المزيد، يرجى زيارة الرابط https://bit.ly/4fretQt

Our performance in H1 2024 demonstrates our business districts’ unique ability to address growing demand for Grade-A commercial and industrial assets from regional and international investors. Occupancy rates across our business segments grew in Q2 2024 and have contributed to our positive results in the first half of the year, including:    9% YoY growth in H1 revenues to AED 1.1 billion 24% YoY rise in H1 net profits to AED 603 million 5% YoY growth in H1 occupancy, which exceeded 92% AED 400 million interim dividend payment for H1 2024 approved by the Board of Directors in line with Dividend Policy, to be distributed by September 2024   TECOM Group’s H1 2024 results reflect our role in enabling business excellence, and we are committed to enriching Dubai’s knowledge-based economy for future generations.
