We are pleased to announce the appointment of Paddy Allen as the new Chief Executive Officer of Kinetic Capital, our specialist lender in the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector, and the transition of Stephen Grant, current CEO of Kinetic Capital, to Chief Corporate Development Officer at Dot. Paddy will be joining The Dot Group towards the end of summer from Colliers where he is currently Head of Operational Capital Markets. Both leaders have an in-depth knowledge of real estate, specialising in PBSA and are focused on delivering strategy growth. We look forward to Paddy being part of the Dot journey, and Steve’s continued leadership across our businesses.
