    Job Title: Senior Sales & Product Support – JAC Commercial Vehicles Location: Dubai Role Purpose: The job holder will be responsible for supporting Sales Department by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information, analysis, resolving problems. for coordinating the day-to-day functions of the Technical Product Sales team. Works closely with the sales team to coordinate sales of all the product lines. Supports Sales team with tender filing following up, product modifications and engineering knowledge for custom projects, body fabricator coordination. Key Duties & Responsibilities: *Technical knowledge of Commercial vehicles. *Previous experience on dealing and communicating with bodybuilders. *Tender Submissions and follow up all the tender’s portals. *Acts as the first point of contact for any inquiry related to Commercial Vehicles Brand Manager, i.e. meeting schedule, reports required, etc. *Follow up with all the branches and sales teams to collect their reports, follow up their booking vehicles, fabrications, delivery, etc. *Delivers quality typing, compiling and reports preparation, presentations, and correspondence. *Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers. *Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions. *Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials. *Oversee technical fabrication requirements and manage procurement from third-party suppliers. *Supervise ongoing tasks, offer support, and provide training for new team members or replacements. *Sales analysis, Monthly P&L reporting, Inventory management *All required operational requirements- deliveries to customers/ Fabricators ⁠Procurement of superstructures.     Job Title: PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE Location: Dubai Education/Qualification: *University Degree, B Tech in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, additional qualifications Master’s Degree Education to graduation Standard. *Working on operating system : SAP or Oracle platform Experience (experience required for the job) * Experience: total 2-3 year’s parts sales experience out of which 1 year of experience in export market is an added advantage.
