Abu Dhabi Airports is a wholly owned ADQ company that operates five commercial airports in the emirate including Abu Dhabi International Airport, Al Ain International Airport, Al Bateen Executive Airport and the island airports in Sir Bani Yas and Delma. We focus on managing, developing and providing aviation facilities and services to passengers and airlines, connecting communities and bringing people closer together. Our mandate is to position Abu Dhabi as a leading global aviation hub through enhanced travel experiences and by boosting economic growth. Abu Dhabi Airports has overseen the construction, launch and operations of the new Terminal A at Abu Dhabi International Airport, which will bring a major increase in operational capacity and world-class facilities for both passengers and aviation operators. The new Terminal A at Abu Dhabi International Airport, one of the largest airport terminals in the world at 742,000 sqm, has a capacity of up to 45 million passengers and will serve as an iconic gateway to Abu Dhabi for both business and leisure tourism. Zayed International Airport organised an artistic presentation of the series 'Happy Journey' and 'I Met a Traveller from the Land of Treasures.' The art display was attended by H.H. Sheikha Alyazia Bint Nahyan Al Nahyan, in the presence of Elena Sorlini, Managing Director & CEO of Abu Dhabi Airports, Sherine Al-Maskari, Manager of Protocol, and Hanan Ibrahim Al Abed, Chief Human Resources Officer. The visit also included a tour around Zayed International Airport, during which Sheikha Fakhra Bint Diab Bin Saif Al Nahyan received a Certificate of Appreciation from the management of Zayed International Airport for the artistic works of H.H.
