Father, daughter involved in Chapel Hill murder-suicide
A Chapel Hill man killed his daughter before taking his own life, according to Chapel Hill Police Department.

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Chapel Hill man killed his daughter before taking his own life, police said Tuesday.

It happened at a home in the 2700 block of Homestead Road in the Chapel View apartment complex.

Chapel Hill Police investigators said they found a man and woman with apparent gunshot wounds inside the home on Monday afternoon.

Police identified the man as 70-year-old Hanho Choi. They said he shot and killed his 31-year-old daughter Hyejin before turning the gun on himself. The father and daughter lived together in the home.

No other details were immediately released.
