I've used this product for I believe about a month now. The first few days, the product will feel slightly burning, I suggest take it off early till your skin gets adjusted. After about the third day the burning/tingling will go away. I will say it does help my ache, it's a great add on. I also use lotion and mederma cream about a hour after since you want to moisturizer your skin. I also suggest only using it once a day, just so you don't accidentally harm your skin, I feel like you'd get the same results or better. Overall it's helped my skin, but everyone's skin is different.
