Phillies legends headline 12th annual Katz JCC Sports Awards

CHERRY HILL, New Jersey (WPVI) -- The 12th annual Katz JCC Sports Awards took place in Cherry Hill Monday night, and it was a Phillies fan's dream.
Three of the best in franchise history were on hand for the event, including the legendary Charlie Manuel, Ryan Howard and Larry Bowa.
