Even before Japanese native Hiro Saito opened this popular Kirari West cafe in Redondo Beach, California, he was using rice flour instead of wheat flour for many of his recipes. With Confections by Kirari West, he's expanded his gluten-free menu (and reach) with an array of delectable gluten-free cookies that can be shipped anywhere in the country.
 
You'll find eight different flavors of Saito's handcrafted cookies, from old-school chocolate chip to revelations like butterscotch white miso, matcha white chocolate, and cranberry orange cardamom. Order boxes by the half dozen or a full dozen.
