See & Do
Alamo Heights sports some of the most enjoyable attractions in San Antonio. Brackenridge is arguable the most beautiful park you'll ever see. Kids love the little train that runs through it. It's also adjacent to the Witte Museum, a wonderful, family-friendly museum. If you're an art lover, head to the McNay to see one of the most stunning collections in the world, while all foodies should head directly to Central Market for one-of-a-kind edibles.
Eat
Some locals think Alamo Heights is too ritzy, but there's no doubt they know good food. You can walk into just about any restaurant along Broadway and be sure to get a fantastic meal. Some of the best of the best includes Cappy's, a neighborhood favorite, Paloma Blanca for delicious Mexican food, and Piranha Killer Sushi for some of the freshest seafood in town. For a quick meal or coffee, you'll love Cappyccino's.
Party
Alamo Heights is also a popular place for young, hip business people as well as more mature folks who want to relax with a glass of fine wine or expertly mixed martini. The ambiance is typically modern, elegant and lively. Check out Max's Wine Dive for an array of excellent wines, Silo for some killer martinis or Cappyccino's for either!
