The outlet carries new, used, and refurbished appliances. Many times you can find a new item that has a dent or a scratch on it for 20-60% off the regular price. You can barter with the sales staff over certain items. Not only do they sell appliances, but they sell lots of other items too including clothes.

Banana Republic has an outlet store out at the Woodburn outlets, but the good news is they have one right in Portland too. Over by the airport in Cascade Station is a new Banana Republic Factory store. This location is much more convenient for most Portlanders. Like all their stores they carry mens, women's, and children's clothing. They also offer petites and plus sizes. If you are looking for classic clothing at good prices you will love this store. They have casual clothes including jeans and t-shirts as well as business clothes including jackets and slacks. There are other stores at Cascade Station, but they are not outlets.

If you are shopping for quality, comfortable boots head to Danner. Danner is an Oregon based company and Portland is lucky enough to have an outlet store not far from the airport. Here you will find all kinds of boots including, fashion, logger, work, hiking, and military boots. They have full priced items, sale items, slightly defected items, and second hand items available for purchase. You can often find brand new items for less than half of their original price. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. If you have older Danner boots you can bring them here and have them re-soled, re-crafted or re-paired.

When River City Bicycles finds deals that are too good to miss, they order extra and make those bikes available at their River City Bicycles Outlet. You can get excellent deals on past model year bicycles like Specialized, Giant, Raleigh, GLOBE, Cannondale, Scott, GT, Bianchi, Colnago, Ridley, Jamis, Fuji, Virtue, Breezer, Gary Fisher, and more. If they do not have a bike to suit your needs they can custom build you one. Bicycles purchased at the store can be shipped where you need them. Typically Hanna Andersson products are expensive, so this outlet is the perfect way to save a bundle on them. Hanna Andersson products are high quality and will last a long time. Be sure to have yourself added to the mailing list to find out when they have upcoming sales like their semi annual sale.

Columbia Sportswear Company has a two story outlet located in South East Portland in the Sellwood area. This is not the employee store and does not require a pass to shop. They carry a variety of clothes and sports gear for men, women, and kids. They carry shoes and Mountain Hardware here too. If you are looking for deals on cold weather sports gear this is definitely the place you want to go. Most of the store is from the previous season. Savings from shopping here will be anywhere from 30-80%. For larger savings visit during one of their sales like the semi annual sale.

Nike has a clearance store in downtown Portland on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. This store carries merchandise from the previous season at a substantial discount. There you can shop through a wide selection of shoes, clothes, hats, socks, accessories and more. You can often find Nike shirts here as low as $7 and children's shoes as low as $13! They already have low prices, but have large sales throughout the year dropping prices even lower. This Nike Factory store also offers a 10 percent military discount. A visit to this Nike store should definitely be on your shopping list when visiting Portland.
