Built on a converted 1902 freight elevator and housing a good portion of of antique coffee collection and is Mudd Works Roastery new home. They kept as much of the elevator as they could and put in a massive wall of windows and left the funk of the old building intact. Creating an open and super chill place with fine espresso. Half Pint is an excellent place to get a delicious coffee or tea, tasty food, and a treat for the child (within) you try so hard to repress. Not sure what to get, order the "Boss Lady" a soy vanilla latte with honey or a Mexi Mocha. Every Saturday and Sunday they have Henry Higgins Bagels! They have free wifi.

Here you can enjoy unique coffee choices like the Maple and Smoked Orange Latte made with espresso, milk, cinnamon dust, and a reduction of Canadian maple, Valencia orange, and pine-smoked tea. They rotate coffee beans, so even if you are a regular you can enjoy something new on a on going basis. Many of the coffee beans they use are roasted locally at Roseline. They use national roasters as well. In addition to coffee they have assorted pastries from Bakeshop, a local bakery. If you need to get some work done they have plenty of outlets and free wifi.

Tov Coffee is certainly not your average coffee shop, in fact it's not a shop at all, it's a double decker bus specializing in Egyptian coffee. Tov makes all their syrups in house and have some truly unique selections. One of them is the charcoal and cream, a coconut activated charcoal vanilla latte. If that sounds too adventurous they have all the standby favorites on hand including mochas, lattes, and cappuccinos. You can sip your coffee up on the top level of the bus, which is tented. If you are hungry, don't worry, there is a breakfast sandwich cart next door.
