10 best stays in Albuquerque
Traveling with a pet can be as demanding as traveling with a small child. Your desire to make your pet's trip as comfortable and stress-free as possible becomes priority. Let these Albuquerque, NM hotels take some of the worry away. Offering everything from doggie treats, bowls and beds, to sitter services and recommendations for local dog parks, these hotels know how to care for your furry family member.
Some charge no fee at all (the Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown) while others charge as little as $15 per pet (Barcelona Suites). Most ask that you keep your dog on a leash in the lobby but some even offer lots of belly rubs to their four-legged guests (Brittania and W.E. Mauger Estate B & B in Old Town).
One perk to some of these hotels is that a park is located in close proximity, within walking distance. If looking for more fellow friends, Albuquerque is home to 13 dog parks throughout the city. Water is available at some of these.
Most of the pet-friendly hotels in Albuquerque have outdoor courtyards or grassy lawns to please your pooch. The Mauger Estate in Old Town even has one room with a doggie door, opening out onto a fenced-in yard - what a convenience!
Wherever you choose to stay, you'll find Albuquerque to be a pet-friendly city, with many outdoor activities for you to enjoy.
