At Tuc Craft Kitchen they support local vendors so diners can expect the menu to change seasonally. They take inspiration from around the world and carefully craft their own versions in the kitchen.The dishes are hearty and comforting and it's hard to choose what to order because it all looks (and smells) so good. Tuc is open for lunch and dinner on weekdays and brunch and dinner on the weekend. Because the menu is seasonally driven, the menu changes from time to time.

Located inside of Vancouver's newest hotel, Parq, Honey Salt is a lovely spot to start your day. Sure, the dining room and lounge are perfectly Instagrammable, but Honey Salt is more than just a pretty space. This is the first collaboration for restauranteur Elizabeth Blau (who has multiple restaurants in North America) and her husband, Chef Kim Canteenwalla. Though it's a hotel restaurant, Honey Salt ticks the boxes of a neighborhood restaurant: the food's delicious and approachable, the space is beautiful and comfortable, and the service is hospitable. The menu focuses on farm-to-table, featuring a very British Columbian bounty. For brunch, you'll find classics like buttermilk pancakes, eggs Benedict, and a full English-style breakfast. Mixed in with the classics are dishes like a dungeness crab roll, a poke bowl, a breakfast galette, a Biloxi buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, flavorful salads, and healthy juices and smoothies.

Inspired by North African cuisine, Chambar is perfect when you want something more than your typical pancakes and eggs. Chambar's coffee and cocktails are the perfect addition to the table.
