Hard-core fashionistas will appreciate the bargains found along Plaza St. Hubert ( particularly for shoes) and in great finds The Village Gai. Quebec has a thriving artisan community in Viex-Montréal you’ll be able to buy their latest wares. If you’re visiting in winter, you don’t even have to brave the cold since there is the Underground City/RESO with 19 miles of shops. So many shops, so little time.
