Man accused of kidnapping 2 girls from Kingswood Regional High School, sexually assaulting one of them, court documents say
A man from Londonderry has been arrested and charged with kidnapping two teenagers and sexually assaulting one of them, court documents say.
Police said that in March, Nemesio Guzman, 42, picked up two girls, ages 14 and 15, from Kingswood High School in Wolfeboro and drove them to Dunkin' Donuts before driving them to a nearby parking lot.
Investigators said that in that parking lot, Guzman started inappropriately touching the 15-year-old.
A school resource officer said that when he interviewed the girls, the 14-year-old friend told him she asked Guzman to take her back to school, but he allegedly initially said no and locked the doors.

Guzman took the 14-year-old back to school when she threatened to call police, investigators said. But the 15-year-old stayed in the car, and police said Guzman allegedly sexually assaulted her before taking her back to school.
Guzman is facing several charges, including kidnapping, endangering the welfare of a child and felonious sexual assault.
Prosecutors said Guzman and the 15-year-old girl had met up before.
He's currently being held, and an arraignment is scheduled for next month.
