Man killed while walking along SC Highway 277, police say

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - A man was hit and killed by a vehicle on S.C. Highway 277 early Friday morning, according to the Columbia Police Department.
The man was 65-years-old, according to a social media post from the department.
He was hit by a vehicle while walking along the highway at Farrow Road at around 2 a.m., the department said.
It’s unclear if any charges will be brought against the driver of the vehicle, or, if the driver stayed at the scene of the crash.
