Orangeburg deputies search for missing woman

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) - The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) said deputies are searching for a woman who went missing in the North area of Orangeburg County.

Carmen Thomas, 64, was last seen Tuesday when she left a home on the 2500 block of Bull Swamp Road on foot after becoming upset, according to OCSO. She was reported missing to deputies on Thursday.

Thomas is described as a white woman who was last seen wearing green tights, a green tank top, and gold and brown sandals. She was also said to have left the home carrying a suitcase.

Anyone with information on Thomas’ whereabouts are urged to call the Orangeburg County Communications Center at 803-534-3550.
