Pair accused of robbing food delivery drivers in Myrtle Beach

Myrtle Beach police arrested two people in connection to armed robberies in the area of Spivey Park earlier this week.

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) - Myrtle Beach police arrested two people in connection to armed robberies earlier this week.

Police said Friday that they got two separate reports of incidents in the area of Spivey Park on June 14 and June 26.

Investigators found that in both incidents, food delivery drivers were robbed while making deliveries to an address in the area.

Officers later arrested 22-year-old Cameron Baker and 25-year-old Jazmyn Corvin, both of Winston-Salem, N.C., in connection to the investigation.

Baker is charged with two counts of armed robbery, two counts of possession of a weapon during a violent crime, first-degree assault and battery, fugitive from justice, possession of a stolen vehicle, shoplifting and resisting arrest.

Corvin is charged with armed robbery and shoplifting.
