CONWAY, S.C. (WMBF) - Some game times and broadcast information for Coastal Carolina’s upcoming football season were announced Thursday.

The Chanticleers’ season opener at Jacksonville State will be played Aug. 29 at 8 p.m. and will be shown on CBS Sports Network. The Chants will then return to Brooks Stadium for their home opener on Sept. 7 for a 7 p.m. kickoff against William & Mary. That game will be televised on ESPN+.

Coastal will head back on the road to face Temple the following week at 2 p.m. on Sept. 14. That game will also be on ESPN+.

More details about a pair of Thursday night matchups later in the season were also announced.

Coastal will head to James Madison on Oct. 10, with that game being on ESPN2 at 7:30 p.m. Weeks later on Nov. 7, the Chants are set to host Appalachian State at 8 p.m. with that matchup being either on ESPN or ESPN2.
