COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Manny is a 6-month-old Siberian Husky mix up for adoption at Pawmetto Lifeline.

Pawmetto Lifeline rescued Manny from a local municipal shelter. He has big blue eyes that will melt your heart! Manny is so sweet and loves to snuggle his humans as well as dog friends. He’s great at giving smooches too!

Manny would benefit from an adopter with Husky experience. Typical to the breed, Manny is full of energy and loves to play! He enjoys chasing other dogs, tug-of-war, playing fetch and his favorite activity – cooling off in the puppy pool! Huskies have short attention spans and can get bored very easily which can lead to destructive behavior. It is important that they have lots of activities and exercise. Manny loves interactive toys and games. He is very treat-driven and is willing to work for them! He already knows how to sit and is currently working on “shake.” Manny has also been learning how to walk on-leash with his foster mom.

Manny has been fantastic with the other large dogs in his foster home. He is intrigued by the cat but has not chased her. Manny has been doing great with house-training too. He will be a big dog when he grows up, probably around 90 to 100 pounds! He is a happy, healthy boy ready to find his forever home!
