Automated medication dispensing cabinets currently offline at Prisma Health

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Prisma Health’s automated medication dispensing cabinets are currently down, according to the hospital.
Hospital officials said staff immediately implemented contingency plans and procedures to ensure that patient care isn’t affected while systems are offline.
The hospital’s IT Department is working to resolve the issue.
