Empower Through Defense: CatFight Workshop coming to Columbia
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) -Dive into empowerment at the “CatFight Self-Defense” workshop.
The workshop will take place on Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at Brookland Baptist Church CLC Teen Center in West Columbia.
Dr. Chandra Cleveland and Valerie Byrd of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Columbia Chapter, will lead this event promises practical self-defense skills and boosts awareness, intuition, and reaction time.
Both women joined WIS Sunrise to talk about a confident and prepared weekend, aligning with our mission for gender equity and socio-economic empowerment.
