Orange County deputy arrested on suspicion of DUI
An Orange County Sheriff's Office deputy was arrested in Seminole County on Wednesday after allegedly driving under the influence, the sheriff's office said. Deputy Thomas Boggs has been relieved of all law enforcement duties and reassigned to administrative duties while the criminal case is underway, OCSO said. Boggs was hired in May 2015 and worked in the Uniform Patrol Division. "As law enforcement officers, we must be held to the highest standards of conduct whether on duty or off duty," Sheriff John Mina said in a news release. "I am committed to ensuring that those who serve the community as Orange County deputies follow the laws that they are responsible to uphold."Once the criminal case is complete, OCSO will conduct its own internal investigation and when completed, it will be made public.

An Orange County Sheriff's Office deputy was arrested in Seminole County on Wednesday after allegedly driving under the influence, the sheriff's office said.
