How to Make Wimbledon's Iconic Strawberry Smash Drinks

You don't need to be in London to try the strawberry-themed cocktails.

Sipsmith became the official gin partner of Wimbledon in 2021. To celebrate, the London Dry Gin company launched a very themed gin: Sipsmith Strawberry Smash. Strawberries are something of a tradition at Wimbledon. The oldest tennis tournament in the world has been serving strawberries and cream as a court-side snack at the All England Lawn Tennis Club since its inception at 1877.

And Sipsmith's new gin is actually made Wimbledon strawberries; they sourced the berries from last year's strawberry harvest at Hugh Lowe Farms in Kent, England—the farm that has supplied all the strawberries for Wimbledon for over 25 years.

Below, three Strawberry Smash cocktails that will be served at Wimbledon this summer—plus one Collins—with the recipes so you can make from the comfort of your own home.
