Prince Edward

The Duke of Edinburgh is the youngest child of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip. He is 14th in the line of succession to the British throne. After serving in the Royal Marines as a university cadet for three years, he left to pursue a career in theatre production. Prince Edward married Sophie Rhys-Jones, who became the Countess of Wessex and later Duchess of Edinburgh, in 1999. The couple have two children, James, Earl of Wessex and Lady Louise.
