Mike Pence

Mike Pence was the 48th vice-president of the United States, serving under Donald Trump from 2017 to 2021. He was the governor of Indiana from 2013 to 2017 and served six terms in the House of Representatives from 2001 to 2013. Pence has described himself as a “principled conservative”, stating he was “a Christian, a conservative and a Republican” in that order. In the final days of the Trump presidency, he sought to distance himself from Trump, refusing to block the certification of Joe Biden’s election.
