The Masters 2024

The Masters Tournament is the first of four big events in the professional golfing calendar. It is a 72-hole stroke-play that typically features between 90 and 100 players. The tournament has been hosted at Augusta in the US state of Georgia since its inception in 1934, and has been won by stars ranging from Jack Nicklaus to Tiger Woods, Arnold Palmer and Jimmy Demaret. Its prize purse has grown every year, reaching $18 million in 2023. That year John Rahm received $3.24 million for winning.
