FA

The Football Association, known as the FA, is the governing body of association football in England. It is the oldest of its kind, established in 1863 with the agreement for a common set of accepted rules for playing in England. Representatives from 11 clubs attended its first meeting. Today, all of England’s professional teams are members, including women’s and youth teams.
