Donald Trump was the 45th president of the United States, from 2017 to 2021. He is the only president to have been impeached twice. His administration pursued controversial policies such as building a wall along the Mexico border and banning travel from certain Muslim-majority countries. Before he entered the Oval Office, Trump was known predominantly as a New York property tycoon and reality television personality. He is running as a Republican to reclaim the presidency in 2024 from Joe Biden.
