Casey Moehring, Owner, expressed the motivation behind each food and drink option. Regardless of what you order at Zen Kitchen, you can be certain that a lot of thought went into how it was prepared. No boxed or can foods here. All the ingredients are fresh! The meals taste good, and your body will feel good after eating them.
A popular item here are their pizzas baked in their handmade brick oven! Choose your own or pick from a variety of local favorites. Keep an eye out for some of their specialty pizzas like their Chicken Cordon Bleu. Oh, and they also serve Breakfast Pizzas. (Yes, please!)
Speaking of delights for the morning, Zen Kitchen has a wide variety of coffee drinks. Relax in the backyard seating area with an Iced White Mocha Latte. In a rush? Have the crew make you an Americano to go. All the coffee and expresso brewed comes the expert local roasters at Silver Grizzly Espresso in Longview, so you know you’re getting the good stuff.

Along with incredible meals and coffee, Zen Kitchen also prides itself on their rotating seasonal cocktails. Right now, they are in their Spring Menu, which offers drinks like the Lemon Drop Martini and Gin Lavendar Lemonade. During our visit, we got to watch the bartender craft their Peach Whiskey Smash which is made with peaches, house made peach jam, whiskey, and sweet tea. Lots of their drinks include garnishes like dried lemon and grapefruit to give them that little extra pizzazz too!
A PEACEFUL SPACE
Aside from the many food and drink options, Zen Kitchen offers a serene, comfortable atmosphere to allow you to wind down from your busy schedule. You won’t find any TVs on the walls, as friendly socialization and relaxation are top priorities here. To help you gain some peace, try out one of their yoga sessions!
