hiya, i’m Steph ✌🏻

I’m a product manager and ux designer with over 8 years of experience building with teams both large and small.

Currently, I’m the Head of Product at Vessel Partners specializing in early product strategy for digital health startups and clinical research groups. Before this role, I was the Head of Product at Lightmatter where I helped dozens of startups in the healthtech and wellness space identify their product goals, understand technical tradeoffs, and assemble roadmaps for both long and short term goals. I assembled and oversaw teams of UX/UI designers and developers, ensuring effective collaboration between multiple stakeholders.

Prior to that at Google, I was on the Content & Community team with Google Maps where I managed both creative and technical teams working to improve the quality of user generated content within the Google ecosystem. I then moved to the Google Image Search team where our focus was on building a DAMS to streamline internal use of licensed media throughout Google products.

In my spare time I basically live at the movie theater. I’m a film fanatic and can talk about it for hours --- try me. I also like to travel to new places (which I heavily document on my Instagram) and obsess over my cats, Zowie (she has both Ziggy and Bowie qualities) and Sukie (a slightly cross-eyed siamese kitten). I also can make a mean spreadsheet and will happily organize anything and everything in my life within one.
