The Las Vegas Raiders' offensive line quietly had an impressive 2023 campaign, as the unit allowed just 18 sacks in the final nine games of the season and found new life after Antonio Pierce took over as head coach.

Though the starting five will look different this season due to the departures of Jermaine Eluemunor and Greg Van Roten, Las Vegas should be able to piece together another strong campaign upfront.

Three Raiders will reprise their starting roles on the offensive line in 2024, as Kolton Miller, Andre James, and Dylan Parham will be pivotal pieces to James Cregg's unit this season.

However, the two other starting spots will likely be occupied by two young players with potential, one of whom is a rookie. Depth on the offensive line will also look quite different, as general manager Tom Telesco acquired a few established veterans in free agency to serve as key backups.

Let's go through it all in our prediction for the Raiders' offensive linemen that will make the 53-man roster out of training camp.

LT Kolton Miller

The 28-year-old put together another stellar campaign in 2023, allowing just four sacks and 16 QB pressures and scoring a 73.3 run-blocking grade. Though Miller has yet to be selected to a Pro Bowl or All-Pro team in his career, the former first-round pick has been one of the better left tackles in the NFL over the past few seasons.

If Miller continues to play at an elite level and Las Vegas returns to the playoffs, the former UCLA Bruin could finally get the recognition he deserves.

LG Jackson Powers-Johnson

Las Vegas selected the versatile lineman out of Oregon with the No. 44 pick in the draft, and he is expected to step in as the starting left guard.

The 21-year-old played just 26 snaps at the position in his three-year college career but has shown the ability to learn a new position quickly, as he transitioned to center during his junior season at Oregon after playing right guard during his sophomore campaign.

Powers-Johnson allowed zero sacks in college and hopes to establish himself as a long-term asset on Las Vegas' offensive line in his rookie campaign.

C Andre James

James signed a three-year extension this offseason and will anchor the interior of the offensive line once again.

The 27-year-old allowed four sacks and 19 QB pressures last season and posted a career-high 75.0 run-blocking grade. Another impressive campaign from James in 2024 could catapult him into a first-career Pro Bowl selection.

RG Dylan Parham

After starting 16 games at left guard in 2023, Parham will move to right guard. The former third-round pick surrendered one sack and 26 QB pressures last season and played over 1,000 snaps.

Like Miller and James, Parham has flown under the radar and could be in for a breakout season.

RT Thayer Munford Jr.

Munford Jr. showed glimpses of excellent play during his second season, as he regularly filled in at left and right tackle due to injury.

The 24-year-old was inconsistent in pass protection, allowing four sacks and 28 QB pressures while posting a 59.2 pass-blocking grade. The former seventh-round pick did impress in the run game, scoring an 80.4 run-blocking grade.

Munford Jr. will likely serve as Las Vegas' starting right tackle this season and will look to prove he can be a long-term answer at the position.

G/T Andrus Peat

Peat started at left tackle for the New Orleans Saints last season but has played left guard for most of his career.

The three-time pro bowler can be sloppy and inconsistent at times but is still a quality depth player who can start if needed. The 30-year-old allowed two sacks and 30 QB pressures in 2023 and scored a 62.1 run-blocking grade

G/C Cody Whitehair

After eight seasons in Chicago, Whitehair signed a one-year deal with the Raiders in April. The 31-year-old has primarily played left guard over the last few seasons but was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2018 while playing center.

Though he isn't the same player he once was, Whitehair will still provide adequate depth, and his versatility to play multiple positions on the interior will be a valuable asset.

OT DJ Glaze

The third-round pick out of Maryland played left and right tackle in college but will likely serve as the backup right tackle during his rookie campaign.

Though the selection of Glaze was a reach, the 21-year-old is a solid pass protector, allowing three sacks in 545 pass-blocking snaps during his senior campaign for the Terrapins.

Glaze will have to improve his run-blocking to become a starting-caliber player in the NFL, as he struggled in that department for most of his college career.

OT Dalton Wagner

Wagner played well during the 2023 preseason, surrendering zero sacks and four QB pressures in 57 pass-blocking snaps. An untimely injury in late August caused Wagner to miss his entire rookie campaign, but the 25-year-old has a good chance to make the roster if he has another excellent training camp and preseason.
