Diversity Drives Innovation. Not only this is the theme of SRI 2025 in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, March 25-29, 2024, but it is also the theme for all my SRI presidency (March 2024 -March 2025). Unfortunately, science and medicine still lack diversity- this is particularly true in the field of Reproductive Sciences. The pipeline is also alarmingly dry.
